MAC Quality Solutions is an Apple Reseller based in Caringbah (Sydney South). We are currently looking for a fulltime Customer Service /Technical Representative to be part of our growing team. Whilst working as part of our retail shop, your ability to work alongside our team of technical specialists while making a difference will provide you with great satisfaction and achievement.  You will have many opportunities to learn and grow in this position.

Your role will include:

• Liaising with customers both face to face and over the phone
• Selling solutions to fit customer needs
• Utilise your MAC knowledge and offering a "fit for purpose" solution
• Receiving and recording customer orders in our POS system
• Scheduling service jobs with our technician team
• Tracking and reviewing service jobs to ensure technicians are completing jobs.

You must possess:

• Apple Retail Sales experience essential
• Currently Qualified Apple Product Professional & Apple Certified Macintosh Technician
• "Can do" attitude
• Process orientated and solutions focused
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
